The short version: Robo Survivor is a free, single player action game made for entertainment only. It contains no real money purchases and no gambling. All coins and rewards are virtual and have no cash value. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contact details. We use one analytics service (described below) that collects limited technical data to help us improve the game.

1. Who we are

This game is developed and published by GG Labs ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at admin@gemegameapps.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. The game and the analytics service we use may collect the following limited, technical information:

Device and usage data, such as device model, operating system version, language, general region or country, app version, crash information, and how you interact with the game (screens viewed, buttons tapped, and session length).
Approximate location, meaning a coarse, country or region level location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

3. Data stored on your device

Your game progress, such as your level, coins, unlocked stages, and settings, is saved locally on your own device. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will erase this progress.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:

Microsoft Clarity (product analytics), which helps us understand how players use the game so we can improve it. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

This service processes data on its own servers under its own policy. We do not control how it retains or further uses the data it collects.

5. How we use information

To operate, maintain, and improve the game.
To understand gameplay trends and to fix bugs and crashes.
To protect against fraud, abuse, and technical problems.

6. Children's privacy

This game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

7. Data retention

We do not maintain our own user database. On-device game data remains until you delete it. Data collected by the analytics service above is retained according to its own policy.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold personal data that identifies you, most requests can be resolved by clearing the app's data on your device. For any other request, email us at admin@gemegameapps.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
